SAVIHost (Free)

SAVIHost is a little derivate of VSTHost :::
http://www.hermannseib.com/english/vsthost.htm
that has been crafted for the sole purpose of automatically loading
exactly one VSTi. To do so, savihost.exe has to be copied or renamed
to the name of the PlugIn's DLL.
If, for example, the PlugIn is called blabla.dll, savihost.exe has to
be renamed to blabla.exe.
Here, for example, it's PPG Wave 2V.exe:

Well - some people have expressed the desire to run their VSTis as
standalone programs in as simple a way as possible. Using SAVIHost,
it is a matter of seconds to create an executable for the plugin,
which can then simply be invoked by the familiar double-click.
No massive sequencer package, no unnecessary overhead.

ProbaGate (Free) (Update)

Probability driven VST Gate effect. Enter a pattern with the little led's,
then use the probability sliders to set the chance of occurrence. Works as
a normal gate when probability is set to 100%.
ProbaGate runs on most VST hosts. There will be no further developments on ProbaGate, and it is not supported anymore. Therefore it is now freeware!

ProXL SonicExplorer

ProXL SonicExplorer is a file explorer with audio preview possibilities.
It works quite the same as the normal Windows Explorer, but has less 
buttons and/or menu's to keep the program small, fast and intuitive.
It has it's own sample display so you can see immediately where all
the action is. Click the display to play from that position.

Nuklear

NUKLEAR is a polyphonic pulsar train synthesizer with  step-sequencer and effect section, as well as advanced LFO and envelope routing capabilities.

At the core of NUKLEAR are 4 pulsar train generators comparable to oscillators known from classic analog synthesizers. However, pulsar synthesis differs from classic synthesis techniques in many respects. An introduction to pulsar synthesis is given in chapter 2.

The development team of NUKLEAR put great effort into developing the synthesis routing capabilities, and state-of-the-art audio algorithms in order to integrate pulsar synthesis into production environments supporting VST2, VST3 or Audio Unit plugin technology. The result is a synthesizer producing a multiverse of previously unheard sounds enriching music production with innovative audio synthesis.

ALPHA is parametric equalizer made for advanced mastering tasks. It is concieved to be the only EQ you’ll need to achieve the desired spectral balance. Since mid/side channel processing is the best way to handle the

during mixing and tracking, but it can also be used for simple
mastering tasks.
